Ellen van de Laar, M.Ed., BCBA
Ellen serves as the Clinical Director at Connectify Therapy, where she leads the clinical team in providing high-quality, individualized ABA services. She earned her master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Vanderbilt University and has worked in the field of ABA for over 10 years.
Ellen is passionate about helping children make meaningful progress that lasts and giving them tools they can use across different people, places, and situations. She has extensive experience supporting children with autism and related diagnoses and has a special interest in working with children with significant challenging behaviors. In her work, Ellen is dedicated to helping children build the skills they need to access their communities while also supporting and empowering their families.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys cooking, hiking the Colorado trails, and spending time with her family and friends.
